This is the Blue Aero Theme having a top shellstyle.
(Updated the window alignment, thanks to Peter-o:[link])

The File Contains:

- The AeroBlue theme and visual style (self extracting pack)

It wont work for me strangely...whenever i open a msstyles document it always shows the same thing...can you make it a exe. file? that would make it a lot easier for me...

sorry...i needed an uxtheme patcher to do it...ur's looks nice... can u make it so that's it isnt a self-extracting pack? because im slightly uncomfortable not knowing what im downloading...can u make it a zip file? add an application and its perfect!

u can use the self extracting pack as a zip file, just right click on it and select extract to...
